COLLEGE BASEBALL: HORSEHEADS GRAD HOLLOWAY AND BINGHAMTON BASEBALL HEADED TO NCAA TOURNEY (May 25, 2026)

Horseheads graduate Mason Holloway and the Binghamton baseball team won the America East Conference Championship and advanced to the NCAA Tournament.

The Bearcats will travel to take on No. 16 West Virginia in Morgantown at 5 p.m. on Friday in the NCAA Regionals.

Binghamton beat Mass Lowell 3-0 then Maine 6-5 and 7-3 to win the America East. 

Holloway started the 6-5 win over Maine, going 3 1/3 innings, striking out five and allowing four hits and a run.

Holloway was an America East all-rookie team selection this year.

The freshman threw 49 innings this year. He went 3-3 on the year with a 5.14 ERA. He struck out 47 in the 49 innings.
