OWEGO — Area athletes competed at the Owego Dash in the Dark meet. 

For the boys Elmira was fourth at 174 with Vestal winning at 50. Corning sent a smaller team to the meet, with the rest at pre-states, and took 12th at 357. Horseheads was 19th at 437 and Edison was 24th at 605, while Notre Dame was 28th at 741. 

James Lovell of Elmira was 11th in 16:22.90 and Gavin Meier of Notre Dame was 20th in 16:59. Elmira’s Gianni Page was 23rd in 17:08.90 and Jack Sydlansky of Horseheads was 33rd in 17:32.40.

Corning’s Pascal Boutwell was 37th in 17:44.30 and Elmira’s Noah Wilbur was 41st in 17:46.90 and teammate Adam Loftus was 45th in 17:51.40. Elmira’s Benjamin Hinman was 62nd in 18:19.20 and Horseheads’ Lincoln Choe was 66th in 18:32.40 followed by Corning’s Isaac Ballard (18:33.90). 

Ryan Madden of Corning was 72nd in 18:37.20 and Jeremiah Hubschmitt of Edison was 78th in 18:47.70. Elmira’s Isaac Miller was 80th in 18:49.80 followed by teammate Wally Ferriter (18:51.80). 

Edison’s Aidan Stein was 88th in 18:58.70 and Everett Hunter of Corning as 93rd in 19:10.70. Corning’s Dominik Davis was 101st in 19:21 and Josiah Nicholae of Horseheads was 112th in 19:42.60. Tanner Findley of Horseheads was 120th in 19:51.20 and teammate Pierce Terwilliger was 122nd in 19:52.30. Horseheads’ Keegan Duart was 138th in 20:16.70 and Edison’s Grayson Margeson was 143rd in 20:26.80 and teammate Ethan House was 146th in 20:35.50. 

Brayden Slavin of Horseheads was 157th in 21:03.80 and Jeffrey Stone of Edison was 177th in 22:11.30 followed by teammate Mark Schillo in 22:12.30. Notre Dame’s Johnny Piet was 182nd in 22:40.90 and Trevor Egan of Notre Dame was 193rd in 23:54.80 followed by teammate Robert Sharp in 24:10.90. Sergio Condo of Notre Dame was 206th in 27:27.90. 

For the girls Elmira was fourth at 193 with Towanda winning at 69. Corning was eighth at 248 and Edison was 17th at 345. 

Madelyn Wise of Elmira was 14th in 20:05.90 and Notre Dame’s Bella Clarke was 17th in 20:17.90. Hannah Sydlansky of Horseheads was 19th in 20:36.30.

Addie Fenton of Elmira was 22nd in 20:48.80 and Abigail Wagner of Corning as 25th in 21:04.60. Aubri Houck of Horseheads was 27th in 21:12 and Elmira’s Molly Doran was 30th in 21:16.40. 

Sophia Bender of Corning was 45th in 22:14.70 and Emma Duggan of Edison was 59th in 23:06.10. Paisley Harnas of Edison was 65th in 23:19.30 and Bella Beres of Corning was 89th in 24:45.10. Kaylin Moore of Notre Dame was 93rd in 25:00.50 followed by Annalyse Ferriter of Elmira in 25:03.20 and Emma Rose Deats of Edison in 25:09.10.

Elmira’s Mallory Duffy was 100th in 25:26.60 and Corning’s Katelyn Brayman was 105th in 25:52.70. Edison’s Olivia Vinsek was 107th in 26:02.30. Arrianna Jones of Elmira was 109th in 26:03.40. 

Aubrey Miller of Corning was 120th in 26:39.20 and Elmira’s Paityn Walburn was 128th in 27:17.70 with Edison’s Eva Mirando 130th in 27:37.40. The Spartans’ Alexa Stein was 133rd in 28:02.20 and teammate Natalie Spier was 142nd in 28:46.30. 

In the boys’ JV race Corning was third at 98, followed by Horseheads at 112 and Elmira at 117. Vestal won at 17 points. 

Noah Cloke of Horseheads was third at 18:00.80 and Elmira’s Garrett Palmieri was 15th in 19:10.20 followed by teammate Aaron Skinkle at 19:13.60 and Corning’s Braedyn Copp (19:15.70) and Patrick Ho (19:25.80).

Gavin Bierwiler was 24th in 19:32 followed by Horseheads’ RJ Bigelow (19:35.70 and Harris Nasir of Corning (19:37.80). Corning’s Jacob Kaufman was 28th in 19:40.90 with Elmira’s Alexander Barletta 30th in 19:47.20 and Horseheads’ Dexter Bell 32nd in 19:52.70.

Horseheads’ Nolan Miller was 35th in 20:12.20 followed by Elmira’s Chrystian Kinner in 20:14.40. Mason Dispense of Horseheads was 38th in 20:23.60 followed by Elmira’s Karson Combs in 20:30.20. reed Fuchs was 41st in 20:31.40 and Dhruv Shrisudersan of Horseheads was 45th in 20:39.80 followed by Corning’s Adekunle Oyelaran in 20:43.50. Corning’s Abhi Patel was 50th in 20:48.70. 

Jackson Danna of Horseheads was 64th in 21:16.40 and teammate Derek Dubuque was 72nd in 21:45.80. Fort Kuanswang was 83rd in 22:05.50 and Elmira’s Jacob Kiersten was 89th in 22:19.70. Horseheads’ Daniel Mosher was 95th in 22:35.30 and Tristan Pratt was 101st in 22:45.70 and Ian Cowley of Corning was 10th in 22:52.30 followed by Noah Walton of Horseheads in 22:52.80. Wyatt Bloodsmith of Corning was 108th in 23:01.90 followed by teammate Chase Reed (23:07.70). 

Anthony Sullivan of Horseheads was 114th in 23:18.40 followed by teammate Alexander Howard in 23:26.90. Michael Christmas of Horseheads was 129th in 23:47.40 and Elmira’s Ivan Miranda was 133rd in 24:05.20. Benjamin Vang-VanSant of Corning was 135th in 24:14.80 and Elmira’s Triton Conklin of Elmira was 137th in 24:19.70 followed by Corning’s Ben Stumper in 24:20.20. 

James Chilson of Horseheads was 143rd in 24:54.10 and Mason Childs of Corning was 162nd in 26:57.60 while Elmira’s Aydin Butters was 170th in 28:53 followed by Alex Nichols of Corning in 28:58.70. 

In the girls’ JV race Ammarah Kinsey of Corning was 11th in 27:14.90 followed by teammates Caroline Welch in 27:23.20 followed by teammate Aryahi Arvin in 27:50.70. Elmira’s Arianna Walburn was 16th in 29:40.20 followed by Isabella Childs of Corning in 29:51.60. Edison’s Parker Lincoln was 21st in 31:19.80 followed by Elmira’s Aleah Mattei in 31:21.40.
