STAC VOLLEYBALL: CORNING PICKS UP VICTORY OVER ITHACA (September 22, 2026)

CORNING — The Corning Hawks volleyball team swept their way to a win over Ithaca on Tuesday, 25-20, 25-23, 25-20.

Paisley Emick had 29 assists and four points , with nine digs and Char Starns had nine points, nine kills and two aces, with three blocks and two digs. Sam Molingou had eight kills and four blocks.

Reagan Terwilliger had five points, an ace, six kills, a block and eight digs, while Bella Gonzalez had five points and an assist, with eight digs.

Jillian Wood had eight points, three aces, six kills, a block and five digs. 

Ithaca won the JV match 19-25, 25-21, 25-22.

Alexa Topper had seven digs, an ace, nine points and 28 assists and Gabby Hurd had eight kills.

Leah Beals had nine kills, nine digs, an ace and six points and Claire McLaughlin had five kills, 16 digs, an ace and three points.
