STAC BOYS' GOLF: HORSEHEADS EDGED BY ITHACA (September 1, 2026)

ITHACA — The Horseheads boys’ golf team were edged by Ithaca 207-211 at Robert Trent Jones Golf Course at Cornell University. 

Jackson Palumbo and Jeff Cain each had rounds of 39 for Horseheads and Braden Sternquist and Boedei Knapp both shot rounds of 44. 

Jackson Bell and Mo Cardinale each had rounds of 45 for Horseheads. 

Vaughn Bailey earned medalist honors for Ithaca with a 38 and Morgan Swarthout had a round of 40. 

Reed Browne, Brody Hufnagel and Ian Tomei had rounds of 43 for Ithaca and Dylan Sumner shot a 48.
