10U LITTLE LEAGUE BASEBALL: HORSEHEADS ROLLS PAST ELMIRA/LPC/HEIGHTS TO MOVE TO SEMIS (24 PHOTOS) (June 30, 2026)
Southern Tier Sports ReportHORSEHEADS — The Horseheads 10u baseball team scored eight runs in the first three innings on their way to a 15-2 win over Elmira/LPC/Heights in the quarterfinals on Tuesday night.
Horseheads had three in the first, a run in the second, four in the third, two in the fourth and five in the sixth in the win.
Griff Malnoske had a pair of hits, with a double, three RBI and three runs scored and Jaden Jansen had two hits, with three runs scored. Leo Vasicek had two hits, with a double, three RBI and two runs scored.
Lucas Blauvelt had a hit and scored two runs and Jordan Kramer had a hit and a run scored, while Jaxton Brooks had a hit and two RBI.
Noah Jackson, Patrick Karney and Camden Vowell all scored runs in the game.
Kramer struck out nine in 4 2/3 innings and Vasicek worked 1 2/3 innings, allowing no runs on a hit with three strikeouts.
Aiden Welch had two hits for Elmira/LPC/Heights while Gabe Milo had a double and scored a run.
Braxton Vogt had a hit and an RBI and Brantley Seymour had a hit and scored a run, while CJ Tobey had a hit and Jaxon Hyde had an RBI.
Milo worked 2 1/3 innings, with two strikeouts and Welch had a strikeout in 1 2/3 innings, while Vogt had five strikeouts in two innings.
