ELMIRA ATHLETES CAP CAREERS WITH GRADUATION (24 PHOTOS)(June 24, 2026) Southern Tier Sports Report ELMIRA — For Elmira’s athletes Wednesday marked the end of their high school journey as the school held graduation.
Overall 595 kids graduated for Elmira on Wednesday. Boys’ soccer standout Brody Hamilton was the valedictorian.
A large number of players from the sectional winning baseball, boys’ soccer and football teams graduated for Elmira, along with standouts in a number of other sports.
Many of the athletes will head off to compete in college, including a couple future Division I athletes in baseball players Aedan Palmer (LeMoyne) and Logan Demember (Albany). ———
