Jesse Schuyler started the scoring with a solo home run. He had two hits, an RBI and a run scored in the game.
Max Marsh had a hit in the game and Brendon Drew, Eli Pirozzolo and Brantley White all scored runs for Horseheads.
Marsh struck out nine and allowed two hits and no runs, walking none, in the game. He needed just 71 pitches to get the win, with 53 of the pitches being strikes.
Jay’Vion Melendez and Christian Reynard had hits for Elmira/LPC/Heights.
