NOTRE DAME ATHLETES WRAP UP THEIR HIGH SCHOOL CAREERS WITH GRADUATION (24 PHOTOS)(June 18, 2026) Southern Tier Sports Report SOUTHPORT —— A number of Notre Dame athletes capped their high school careers on Thursday as they graduated.
Overall 43 people graduated on Thursday night.
Among the Corning graduates were a number of basketball players who helped lead Notre Dame to their first sectional title since 2012. Daniel ‘Finn’ Schweizer, Max O’Connor and Menelik Jenkins were all starters on the Notre Dame boys sectional title team.
Three of the Notre Dame girls’ basketball starters also graduated as Kalysta DeMark, Payton Sutryk and Jhamriah Maxwell all graduated on Thursday.
Both the valedictorian, Malachy Cain, and salutatorian, Anthony Barkley, were also athletes for the Crusaders. ——— PHOTOS BY BRIAN FEES
