10U LITTLE LEAGUE BASEBALL: ELMIRA/LPC/HEIGHTS FALLS TO WAVERLY (24 PHOTOS) (June 17, 2026)

ELMIRA HEIGHTS — The Elmira/LPC/Heights 10u All-Star team opened play with a 17-4 loss to Waverly on Wednesday night.

Heights had two runs in the second and three in the third, but Waverly scored at least five runs in each of the first three innings in the win.

Gabe Milo had a triple, an RBI and a run scored for the Elmira/LPC/Heights hit. Lukas Wenck, Zah’vier Hall and Brantley Seymour all scored runs for Heights. 

Wenck struck out five in 2 1/3 innings and Hall got the final two outs. 

Ethan Gray Wright had two hits, with two RBI, and Henry Cherenowsky had two hits, with a double, and two runs scored. Marcel Phillips had two hits, with a double, two RBI and three runs scored. Nate Eck had two hits, with a double, and three runs scored and Ryder Wolcott had two hits with an RBI and three runs scored, with a double.
