STAC SOFTBALL: OSBORNE HITS TWO HOMERS AS ELMIRA TOPS U-E (May 13, 2026)

ENDICOTT — Anna Osborne had a pair of home runs as the Elmira softball team picked up a 4-2 win over Union-Endicott on Wednesday.

Osborne hit a solo home run in the fourth inning to tie the game at one. Inn the sixth, down 2-1, Osborne hit a two-run home run. She finished the game with three hits, three RBI and two runs scored. 

Ava Cornacchio had an RBI single and finished with two hits, with a double and an RBI.

Maddi Smith, Rylee Gonzalez and Annabelle Decker each had hits for Elmira, with Gonzalez and Smith scoring runs. 

Cornacchio went the distance on the mound, allowing six hits and two runs, just one earned, striking out 11.
