STAC GIRLS' LACROSSE: CORNING PICKS UP WIN AT CV (May 11, 2026)

CHENANGO VALLEY — The Corning girls’ lacrosse team led 9-4 at the half on their way to a 16-11 win over Chenango Valley on Monday. 

The Hawks are 8-6 on the year and 7-4 in the league. 

Bryanna Walsh had five goals for Corning and Roni Nevins and Reagan Slocum both had four goals and an assist in the game.

Christina Peet had two goals and two assists and Aubrey Rose had a goal and two assists. 

Karina Swarthout and Leslie Scudder both had two saves for Corning and Keira Hoyt had six for CV.

Corning won 20 draw controls and CV had 10. 

Makenze Lombardim had four goals and an assist for CV and Hannah Watson and Aylah Rice both had two goals.

Braeleigh Durkot finished with a goal and two assists and Amaleigh DiTondo and Victoria Kaufman both had goals.
