BINGHAMTON — Gianna Capilli had seven goals and Avery McCauley had five goals and two assists as the Elmira girls’ lacrosse team beat Binghamton 18-8.

Atlanta McCoy had three goals and two assists and Abby Valicenti had two goals, while Kira Abbey had a goal.
