GIRLS' GOLF: ABEL AND TEAM NEW YORK WINS INTERSTATE MATCH AGAINST TEAM MASSACHUSETTS (May 6, 2026)

Corning’s Delaney Abel and Team New York won their first Interstate match against Team Massachusetts in girls’ golf action. 

Team USA won 7.5-4.5. Abel won 1.5 out of her possible 2.0 points for team New York. 

In four ball matches Abel and Tanner LaTorre won 2 & 1 over Thomas Constantine and Hanley Correia of Massachusetts. 

Abel and Patrick O’Connor tied with Aaron Lavu and Maddie Smith in foursome matches.
