HIGH SCHOOL BOYS' LACROSSE: ENGLISH NETS HIS 100TH CAREER GOAL AS ND/WG TOPS MARCUS WHITMAN (May 5, 2026)

RUSHVILLE — Landon English scored his 100th career goal as the Notre Dame/Watkins Glen boys’ lacrosse team beat Marcus Whitman 15-10.

English and Finn Schweizer each had seven points in the game. English had four goals and three assists, and his final goal was the 100th of his career.

Declan Barry had 15 saves in the game.

Schweizer had six goals and an assist and Matt Keough had a goal and four assists. 

Sam Hohle and Garrett Kone each had two goals and an assist and Liam McCloy and Chris O’Brien both had assists. 

Dominic Capriccio had nine hard ground balls. 

“Good, physical game tonight away at Marcus Whitman,” ND/WG coach Geoff Crossley said. “Not used to playing on grass led to struggles getting ground balls, but the boys played hard and came out with a good win tonight.”
