SECTION 4 BOYS' TENNIS: ELMIRA NOTCHES VICTORY AT JOHNSON CITY (May 4, 2026)

JOHNSON CITY — The Elmira Express boys’ tennis team picked up their first win of the season, topping Johnson City 7-0 on Monday.

Jan Kirchner won in first singles 7-6 (7-5), 6-0 over Zachary Ray and at second singles Otto Emersson won 6-2, 7-5 over Zachary Taylot. 

Brady May won 6-1, 6-3 over Suleman Muhammad at third singles and at fourth singles Bradley Terwilliger won 6-2, 6-1 over Nathaniel Morse. 

In first doubles Aaron Shunter and De’Sean Stroud won 4-6, 6-2, 6-4 over Muhammad Ibrahim and Muhammad Faisei.
