IAC SOFTBALL: EDISON NOTCHES VICTORY OVER LANSING (May 4, 2026)

LANSING — The Edison softball team jumped out to a 5-0 lead after three innings on their way to a 9-6 win over Lansing on Monday. 

Hailey Clark was 3-for-4 with a double, a triple, four RBI and a run scored. Carissa Cowan had two hits, with a double and two runs scored. 

Rosie Wheeler had two hits, an RBI and two runs scored and Aurora Parlo had two hits, with a double, an RBI and two runs scored. 

Kayla Rossi had a hit, an RBI and two runs scored and Teresa Carter had a hit, while Cierra Davis had an RBI. 

Clark allowed three hits and two runs, one earned, striking out eight in five innings and Parlo worked two innings, allowing three hits and four unearned runs, striking out three.
