SECTION 4 TENNIS: EDISON NOTCHES WIN OVER LANSING (April 23, 2026)

LANSING — The Edison tennis team picked up a 4-1 victory over Lansing on Thursday afternoon. 

Edison’s Tyler Clark won in second singles 6-1, 6-1 over Yuval Eynav and at third singles Lillian Cowulich won 6-7 (4-7), 6-2, 6-1 over Veena Vidavalur. 

Kaitlyn King and Joseph Paul Jr. won at first doubles 7-6 (7-3), 6-4 over Orion Benenati and Benjamin Brown and at second doubles Ivy Sager and Blake Bohart won 4-6, 6-2, 6-4 over Oscar De Mestre and Piazza Cheyre-Mengers. 

In first singles Fisher Boerman of Lansing won 6-2, 6-2 over Mackenzie King.
