ELMIRA — The Elmira girls’ lacrosse team picked up a 12-7 victory over Whitney Point on Tuesday night.

Avery McCauley had five goals in the game and Gianna Capilli had three goals and an assist. 

Hannah Matthews had three goals and an assist and Danica Youngs had a goal, while Atlanta McCoy finished with an assist. 

Hailey Hamilton finished with nine saves for Elmira.
