IAC TRACK AND FIELD: EDISON PLAYS HOST TO ND AND NEWFIELD (24 PHOTOS) (April 21, 2026)

ELMIRA HEIGHTS — The Edison track and field team hosted Notre Dame and Newfield in a trio-meet on Tuesday afternoon. 

Richelle Jochem of Edison won the 100 hurdles in 19.13 with Charleigh Ripley of Notre Dame third in 21.32. 

Emma Duggan of Edison was second in the 1500 in 6:23.70 followed by teamate Madison Palmieri in 6:38.49. 

Edison’s Hannah Lasko won the 400 in 1:03.15 with Patyn Sincock of Edison third in 1:15.41.

Aubriella Ector of Edison was second in the 400 hurdles in 1:34.15. 

Olivia Welch of Edison was third in the 800 in 3:18.43. 

Lasko won the 200 in 27.47 and in the 3000 Madison Hubschmitt of Edison won in 13:40.25 with teammate Olivia Vinsek third in 15:24.07.

Brandalyn Bleecker of Edison was third in the shot put at 24-feet, 2 1/2-inches. 

Caitlin Keenan of Notre Dame won the long jump at 13-feet, 9-inches and Eleanor Green of Notre Dame won the triple jump at 30-feet, 9-inches. 

Edison’s Zachary Sternfels, Augustus Ector, Carson Balash and Jameson Duggan won the 3200 relay in 9:08.48. 

Bryson Smith of Edison was second in the 110 hurdles in 20.24. 

Connor Lasko of Edison was second in the 100 in 12.18 followed by teammate Mark Cornacchio in 12.24. 

Duggan won the 1600 in 5:14.72 with Jeremiah Hubschmitt third in 5:33.48. 

Sternfels won the 400 in 57.01 and Ector won the 400 hurdles in 1:01.39.

Aiden Stein of Edison was second in the 800 in 2:35.28 followed by Notre Dame’s Cameron Kraft in 2:37.50. 

Connor Lasko won the 200 in 25.04 followed by Sternfels in 25.13. 

Edison’s Jeremiah Hubschmitt won the 3200 in 12:15.33 followed by teammate Carson Balash in 12:30.56.

Ector, Lasko, Duggan and Brenden Smith won the 1600 relay in 3:56.01. 

Edison’s Jaxon Brewster was second in the shot put at 32-feet, 8-inches followed by teammate Shawn Kelly at 31-feet, 2-inches. 

Lasko was third in the long jump at 17-feet, 3-inches. Rashid Brown of Notre Dame won the high jump at 5-feet, 10-inches.

Cornacchio was second in the triple jump at 36-feet.
