SECTION 4 BOYS' LACROSSE: SCHWEIZER HAS 9 POINTS, ENGLISH 8 AS ND/WG TOP BATH HAVERLING (April 16, 2026)

WATKINS GLEN — The Notre Dame/Watkins Glen boys’ lacrosse team got nine points form Finn Schweizer and eight from Landon English in a 16-13 win over Bath Haverling. 

“Solid game on both ends of the field for our guys tonight,” ND/WG coach Geoff Crossley said. “Still making some mistakes that are costing us goals, but definitely getting better with each game.”

Liam McCloy was 14-for-25 on face-offs and had 13 ground balls. Dominic Capriccio had 17 ground balls and an assist.

“Offense was streaky with runs of three and four goals, but a little off on man-up going 2-for-6 on the night. All things that we need to work on before getting into our divisional games in the coming weeks.”

Schweizer had four goals and five assists and English had five goals and three assists.

Sam Hole had three goals and an assist and Matt Keough had a goal and three assists.

Chris O’Brien had two goals and an assist and Garrett Kone had a goal. Capriccio and Liam McCloy had assists.

Declan Barry had 10 saves for Notre Dame.
