CORNING — The Horseheads girls’ lacrosse team jumped out to a 7-0 lead at the half on their way to a 12-7 victory over Corning on Monday.

CarLynn Sindlinger had four goals and an assist for Horseheads and Lauren Kozemko had three goals and an assist.

Emmie Fowler and Lexi Lese each had two goals and an assist and Ellie Jankowski finished with a goal.

Braelyn Brozovic had an assist for the Blue Raiders and Kate Rought had six saves.

Brynna Walsh had three goals for Corning and Aubrey Rose had two goals.

Kennedy Driscoll had a goal and an assist and Elaina Hall had a goal. Roni Nevins had an assist for the Hawks.
