IAC SOFTBALL: THOMPKINS HOMERS AS ND DOWNS DRYDEN (April 8, 2026)

DRYDEN — The Notre Dame softball team had eight runs in the third inning to break things open as they topped Dryden 20-10 on Wednesday. 

Danasia Thompkins was 4-for-4 with a home run, five RBI and four runs scored for the Crusaders. 

Lylie Colunio had two hits, two RBI and a run scored and Kayleigh Ayers had two hits, an RBI and two runs scored.

Layla Sullivan had two hits, with a double, an RBI and four runs scored and Avery Qualey had two hits, an RBI and a run scored. Libby Meisner had two hits, an RBI and two runs scored.

Liz Young had a double, two RBI and a run scored and Sadie Potter had a hit, an RBI and a run scored, while Hannah Bean scored three runs. 

Sullivan struck out 10 on the mound.
