SECTION 4 BOYS' LACROSSE: HORSEHEADS NOTCHES ROAD WIN AT U-E (April 2, 2026)

ENDICOTT — The Horseheads boys’ lacrosse team outscored Union-Endicott 5-1 over the second and third quarters of a 7-3 win on Thursday.

A 2-2 game after one quarter, Horseheads scored three in the second and two in the third in the win.

Brogan Sullivan had six points for Horseheads with four goals and two assists. Sullivan has eight goals and 16 points in the past two games. 

Owen Johnson had three assists for the Blue Raiders and Zack Bennett had an assist. 

Ben Potter had six saves for Horseheads. Boy Briggs was 11-for-12 on face-offs and Ethan Bailey was 1-for-1. 

“I thought defensively and in the cage we were strong tonight,” Horseheads coach Jason Neubauer said. “We have a lot to work on like everyone else this tie of year. Good luck to U-E moving forward, their kids played hard.”

Larkin Bianco had two goals for U-E and Jesse Senstus had a goal, while Anthony Fiorelli had an assist.

Terrell Johnson had eight saves in goal for U-E. 

Horseheads hosts Maine-Endwell on Monday.
