COLLEGE BASEBALL: ND GRAD STEWART HAS LONGEST OUTING OF SEASON FOR GEORGE MASON (March 2, 2026)

Notre Dame graduate Owen Stewart had his longest outing of the season for the George Mason baseball team on Feb. 27.

Stewart went five innings in a win over Lehigh, striking out six and allowing two runs. It’s the most innings and strikeouts in a game this year. 

The performance is coming off one of his strongest performances of the year, when he threw three innings against Seton Hall, striking out three and allowing no hits and just one run. 

Stewart has worked 11 innings this year, striking out 12.
