ELMIRA — The Elmira boys’ bowling team swept Corning, while the girls topped Corning 4-1 on Tuesday at Dixie Lanes. 

The boys shot 1,047, 1,078 and 977 for a 3,102, while Corning shot 977, 1,038 and 952 for a 2,967.

Alex Gublo shot 236-255-195-686 and Peyton Rozell had a 194-225-237-656.

Logan Card shot 194-233-214-641 and Frankie D’Angelo had a 203-180-176-559, while Carter Gardner shot 220-185-155-560.

Corning got a 218-244-202-664 from Owen Watson and Max Aponte shot 191-241-198-630, while Bentley Goodier shot 198-202-214-614.

Jack Dunning shot 191-188-190-562, while Keegan Palmer shot 179-148-327 while Chase Kizis shot 163.

The Elmira girls shot 840, 1,006 and 864 for a 2,710, while Corning shot 759, 888 and 873 for a 2,520. 

Elmira JV boys won 5-0, shooting 835, 914, 878 for a 2,627, while Corning shot 650, 701 and 806 for a 2,157.
