CORNING — The Corning boys and girls bowling teams each picked up wins over Horseheads at Crystal Lanes on Monday afternoon. 

The Corning boys won 4-1. The Blue Raiders started dominant with a 1,073 first game to 991 for Corning. The Hawks then shot 1,084 and 1,089 for a 3,164 while Horseheads finished with a 966, 946 for a 2,985.

Bentley Goodier led Corning with a 191-247-258-696, while Max Aponte shot 211-216-236-663. Owen Watson shot 214-233-193-640.

Keegon Palmer shot 206-191-182-579 while Chase Kizis shot 197-220-417, while Jackson Dunning shot 169 for one game. 

Cayden Bowman shot 236-168-238-642 to lead Horseheads, while Gabriel Merrill shot 227-213-168-608, while Noah Cady shot 227-198-179-602.

Micah Merrill shot 203-224-168-595 and Zane Alexander shot 180-165-345, while Rob Guardi shot 193.

For the girls Corning shot 731, 824 and 867 for a 2,422, while Horseheads shot 583, 618 and 547 for a 1,748.

Kylie Downing led Corning with a 152-224-215-591 and Ayden Hartford shot 199-158-180-537.

Chelsea Wood shot 160-182-137-479 and Chloe Peterson had a 119-129-169-417, while Dakota Dickerson shot 101-131-166-398.

Annabelle Guardi led Horseheads with a 171-168-135-474 and Jazymyne Kim shot 97-132-108-337. Joslynn Peters shot 127-106-101-334 and Sarah Hopkins had a 103-103-99-305. Addy Perry shot 109-104-213 and Summer Folk had an 85 for one game.
