Southern Tier Sports ReportELMIRA — The Elmira boys and girls bowling teams both picked up 5-0 victories over Horseheads at Dixie Lanes on Monday afternoon.
The boys shot 1,048, 1,121 and 1,062 for a 3,231, while Horseheads shot 933, 872 and 1,052 for a 2,857.
Alex Gublo shot 246-232-246-724 and Peyton Rozelle shot 247-222-195-664.
Frankie D’Angelo shot 177-254-225-656, while Logan Card shot 213-210-203-626, while Carter Gardner shot 165-203-193-561.
Horseheads was led by Zane Alexander with a 224-203-208-635 and Noah Cady shot 192-186-226-604, while Cayden Bowman shot 199-178-225-602.
Gabriel Merrill shot 175-142-317 and Micah Merrill shot 143-163-306. Rob Guardi shot 210 for one game and Brad Baker had a 183 for one game.
The Elmira girls shot 881, 850 and 812 for a 2,543, while Horseheads shot 526, 505 and 489 for a 1,520.
Abbi Hink led Elmira with a 223-216-163-602, while Madi Smith shot 154-189-192-535 and Maddy Wasicki had a 165-194-167-526. Evaya Gardner shot 178-121-146-445 and Izzy Stanley shot 161-130-144-435.
