HIGH SCHOOL BOYS' WRESTLING: BURCHARD INTO WINDSOR TOURNEY SEMIS, 4 OTHER HORSEHEADS WRESTLERS ALIVE IN WRESTLE BACKS (24 PHOTOS)(December 29, 2025) Southern Tier Sports Report WINDSOR — Jaxson Burchard is into the semifinals at the always tough Windsor Christmas Wrestling Tournament.
Burchard had a 17-2 technical fall win and a 6-1 decision. He will face Mason Earley, of Amsterdam H.S. in the semifinal.
At 215 Connor Warwick lost his first match, then won his next three to stay alive in the wrestle backs.
Nolan Miller won his first match 5-4 for Horseheads at 103 and then fell in the quarterfinals. He’s alive in wrestle backs after a 6-2 win in his first wrestle backs match.
At 118 Tanner Knapp won 7-4, and was edged 4-3 in the quarterfinals.
Connor McAllister was 1-2 at 110. Josh Knapp won his first match 8-5 at the weight, fell in the quarters, won 11-10 in the wrestle backs and is alive in wrestle backs. He won 4-1 in the wrestle backs and is alive entering Tuesday.
Kole Zufall went 3-2 on the day with a major decision win at 138.
Aziz Gafsi went 0-2 at 157.
