HIGH SCHOOL BOYS' BASKETBALL: ELMIRA FALLS AT JOSH PALMER FUND TOURNEY (December 28, 2025)

ELMIRA — The Elmira Express boys’ basketball team fell to St. Andrew’s in the first round of the national division at the Josh Palmer Fund Holiday Classic.

It was 15-11 after one quarter and 35-23 at the half, before St. Andrew’s outscored the Express 31-15 in the second half. 

Steve Huang had 20 for St. Andrew’s and Devin Wingfield and Damon Nelson each had 14 points and 10 from Karon Bailey. 

Zach Conklin had 13 points for Elmira and he had eight boards.

Malaki Banks had seven points and Julian Colon finished with four points.

Dash Harris had three points and Jameson Rollins and Jeremy Roberson had two points each, while Carter Sherman had a point.
