STAC GIRLS' WRESTLING: HORSEHEADS HAS 3 CHAMPIONS, TAKES 4TH AT STAC CHAMPIONSHIPS (16 PHOTOS) (December 20, 2025)

CHENANGO FORKS — The Horseheads Blue Raiders had three champions as they took fourth at the STAC Girls’ Wrestling Championship.

Horseheads had a score of 143.5 with Waverly winning at 160.5.

Lily Veseck (132), Chloe Owen (138) and Ellisa Bly (235) all won titles, while Sonya Dordoni (107) and Lily Gullo (126) took third and Alexis Miles (120) was fifth. 

Vesek upset top-seed, and defending champion Emma Vanderhoof of Waverly in the 132 final. She pinned VAnderhoof in 1:52. 

Owen pinned Tori Red of Forks in 42 seconds at the 138 final. 

Bly pinned Izabella Ross of U-E in the 235 final in 2:40. 

Dordoni won the third-place match at 107 by fall in 46 seconds over Waverly’s Gianna Rylott. 

Miles won the fifth-place match at 120, pinning Oneonta’s Brooklyn Boecke in the fifth-place match.

Gullo pinned Brooke Parker of Ithaca in 2:20 in the third-place match at 126.
