Southern Tier Sports ReportENDWELL — The Elmira girls’ bowling team swept their way to a win over Maine-Endwell on Wednesday night.
Elmira shot 759, 831 and 872 for a 2,462, while M-E shot 693, 704 and 681 for a 2,078.
Madison Smith shot 198-180-223-601 and Maddy Wasicki shot 171-166-210-547.
Abbi Hank shot 138-173-197-508 and Izzy Stanley shot 136-192-143-461, while Evaya Gardner shot 126-120-99-345.
On the boys side Maine-Endwell won 5-0. Elmira shot 941, 939 and 946 for a 2,826, while M-E shot 1,104, 1,127 and 1,051 for a 3,282.
Frankie D’Angelo shot 204-203-221-628 and Carter Gardner shot 182-214-195-591. Alex Gublo shot 220-171-175-566, while Landon Shadduck shot 173-195-173-541, while Peyton Rozell shot 162-156-182-500.
All five Maine-Endwell bowlers shot 625 or higher. Aiden Whitmore led the way with a 212-252-224-688.
For the JV boys Maine-Endwell won 5-0, shooting 886, 947, 1,000 for a 2,833, while Elmira shot 738, 821 and 726 for a 2,285.
Jaxon Brooks shot 183-209-153-545 and Keagan Martin shot 168-183-171-522 while Colton Bliss shot 150-168-169-487 and Emmitt Miller shot 176-156-130-462. Greg Bish shot 61-105-103-269.
