STAC GIRLS' BASKETBALL: CORNING GETS 19 FROM CHAR STARNS, BUT FALLS AT JC (December 17, 2025)

JOHNSON CITY — The Corning girls’ basketball team got 19 from Char Starns, but they fell at Johnson City on Wednesday night, 46-34.

Stars had six in the third quarter and seven in the fourth. 

Grace Kio had five points and Evelyn Starns and Deanna Shaddock had three points each. 

Kennedy Driscoll and Aubrey Rose finished with two points apiece. 

The game was tied at 17 at the half, before JC outscored the Hawks 29-17 in the second half. 

Makenzie Lombardini had 17 for the Hawks and Sy-nesa Crampton finished with 11, while Antonia Monico finished with 10 points.
