COLLEGE DIVING: ELMIRA'S BENJMAIN EARNS EMPIRE 8 DIVER OF THE WEEK HONORS (November 24, 2025)

Elmira graduate Lydia Benjamin was named the Empire 8 Diver of the week recently.

Benjamin had a big showing for the Knights at the D3 Shootout hosted by Chicago, finishing second and third in the 1-meter and 3-meter dives, respectively. 

Benjamin took second in the one-meter diving event with a score of 258.80 and then had a third-place finish in the three-meter at 247.30.
