COLLEGE VOLLEYBALL: JONES HAVING BIG SEASON FOR BROCKPORT COLLEGE (2025-10-21)

Elmira graduate Madisen Jones is finding success in her freshman year at Brockport College.

Brockport is 6-1 int he Empire 8 and 13-7 overall and have clinched a spot in the Empire 8 Tournament. It’s the second trip to the conference tournament in their second season in the conference. Overall it’s an 11th straight year with Brockport making a trip to their conference tournament.

Jones recently earned co-rookie of the week honors in the conference after recording 15 kills, four aces and two blocks against Elmira College. The four aces were a career high and the 15 kills were a career high at the time, and she followed it up with 15 more against Geneseo.

Jones is third on the team this year with 140 kills. Jones also has 49 digs on the season.
