STAC BOYS' GOLF: ELMIRA TAKES 3RD AS TEAM, TWO LOCALS EARN TOP 10 FINISHES AT STAC CHAMPIONSHIPS (20 PHOTOS) (2025-10-14) Southern Tier Sports Report ELMIRA — The Elmira Express took third on their home course of Mark Twain at the STAC Championships on Tuesday morning.
Joe Cain of Horseheads tied for fifth at 77 and Jackson Cavalier tied for ninth on the day with a 78.
Elmira finished third at 430. Along with the 78 from Cavalier the Express got an 84 from Aiden Ranck and an 85 from Logan Demember.
Ryan Ferrario had a round of 91 and Quinn Hanrahan shot a 92, while Logan Palmer had a 94.
Cain had the 77 for Horseheads and Hunter Earl shot 83, while Jeff Cain had an 84 and Seamus Lynch shot an 85.
Isaiah Kibler shot an 85 for Corning and Hunter Akins shot a 92.
Maine-Endwell won the team title with a 393. Blaize Brixner had the low score on the day with a round of 73.
