MaKenna Kempton had a hat trick, with Brynna Walsh assisting on two of the goals.
Corning had a three-goal lead going into the final 15 minutes of the game.
Elmira’s Giana Capilli had both goals for the Express.
Corning had nine shots on goal and Delaney Bilbe had six saves for the Express.
