HORSEHEADS — The Horseheads golf team was edged by Ithaca 217-219 at Soaring Eagles on Tuesday.

Horseheads got rounds of 41 from Jef Cain and Hunter Earl and Seamus Lynch shot a 43.

Joe Cain shot a 46 and Boedi Knapp had a 48, while Mo Cardinale shot a 50.

Ithaca was led by Rowan Hinrichsen with a 39 and Griffin Levine shot a 41.

Vaughn Bailey and Sam Liner each shot rounds of 44, while Nate Schuhan and Dylan Sumner each shot rounds of 49.
