SECTION 4 GIRLS' TENNIS: ELMIRA WINS AT THIRD DOUBLES IN LOSS TO ITHACA (2025-09-10)

ELMIRA — The Elmira girls’ tennis team picked up a win at third doubles in a 6-1 loss to the Little Red on Wednesday.

In third doubles Kariss Lynch and Jayden Mann won 2-6, 6-4, (10-4) over Kate Green and Quinn Trost.

In first singles Yanna Sopchak of Ithaca won 6-1, 6-0 over Millie Kiersten and at second singles Olivia Hao of Ithaca won 6-2, 6-0 over Marley Devlin.

In third singles Andrea Martinez won 6-0, 6-0 over Mary Collins and at fourth singles Fanta Coulibaly won 6-4, 6-3 over Amelia Allen.

In first doubles Ada Ince and Jingying Xu won 6-0, 6-0 over Hannah Reynolds and Daryna Zhydovlenko and at second doubles Reshmi Huffman and Sareena Payne won 6-0, 6-2 over Justice Gavazzi and Leilani Nick.
