As we head into the postseason it’s a little lighter week, but playoff action starts to get underway in a number of sports.

Overall there are 16 events this week, including five to start the week on Monday.

MONDAY (5)
* The Horseheads girls’ golf team hosts Corning and O-M.
* The Horseheads boys’ lacrosse team is at Chenango Forks and Elmira is at Vestal.
* The Corning baseball team hosts Maine-Endwell.
* The Elmira girls’ lacrosse team is at Maine-Endwell.

TUESDAY (1)
* The Corning baseball team is at Wellsville.

WEDNESDAY (4)
* The Notre Dame and Edison track and field teams are at the IAC Championships and Horseheads, Corning and Elmira are at the STAC Championships.
* The Horseheads flag football team is at Binghamton.
* The Notre Dame girls’ golf team is at O-M for the IAC Championships.

THURSDAY (3)
* Notre Dame and Edison finish up at IAC track and field.
* Corning, Notre Dame, Horseheads and Elmira golfers are at the boys’ golf medalist tournament.
* The Corning boys’ lacrosse team is at Chenango Forks.

FRIDAY (1)
* The Corning girls’ golf team is at Dryden.

SATURDAY (2)
* Corning, Notre Dame, Horseheads and Elmira golfers are at the boys’ golf medalist tournament.
* The Elmira flag football team takes on Ithaca in the sectional final.
