CORNING — The Horseheads girls’ lacrosse team got six goals from Lauren Kozemko as they edged Corning 10-9 on Thursday night.

Lexi Lese had three goals and an assist and Alli Ruhmel had a goal.

Emma Guzylak and CarLynn Sindlinger each had assists in the game.

Kate Rought had 11 saves, including the 200th of her career for Horseheads.

Kennedy Driscoll had three goals and an assist for Corning and Brynna Walsh had three goals.

Lindsay Casterline, Piper Emmick and Gracee Work had goals for Corning and Reagan Slocum had an assist.

Julie Busch had seven saves for Corning.
