IAC BASEBALL: NOTRE DAME HOLDS ON TO EDGE WHITNEY POINT (2025-05-13)

WHITNEY POINT — The Notre Dame baseball team held on for a 4-3 win over Whitney Point on Tuesday night.

Notre Dame led 1-0 after three innings and added three in the fourth. Whitney Point scored three in the sixth, before the Crusaders closed out the win.

Jhamez Boyd went the distance on the mound for the Crusaders, striking out seven.

Boyd and Anthony Barkley each had two hits, while Luke Richards had a hit. Boyd scored two runs and drove in two runs and Barkley and Richards each drove in two runs, while Brendan O’Brien and Colton Welch scored runs.
