Southern Tier Sports ReportITHACA — The Corning girls’ lacrosse team fell behind 7-1 at the half as Ithaca topped the Hawks 12-7 on Monday night.
Corning outscored the Little Red 6-5 in the second half of the game.
Kennedy Driscoll and Veronica Nevins each had two goals for Corning.
Brynna Walsh had a goal and an assist and Lindsay Casterline and Gracee Work each had goals, while Elaina hall and Reagan Slocum had assists.
Skyla Lee-Byrnes had four goals for Ithaca and Ella Thomforde had three goals and an assist. Reese Montivero-Cole had two goals and an assist.
Sage Bliss had a goal and two assists and Emma Bakos had a goal and an assist while Eleni Switzer had a goal.
