SPENCER — The Edison softball team scored in all five innings of the game as they beat SVE 16-0 on Monday afternoon.

Edison score four in the first, two in the second, a run in the third, six in the fourth and three in the fifth.

Rosie Wheeler threw a three-hitter over the five inning game, striking out 11.

Emily Aiello and Kailey Ripley each hit home runs for Edison. It’s the second home run in two games for Ripley.

Aiello was 3-for-3 with a double, a home run three RBI and three runs scored and Ripley had a double, an RBI, two runs and two RBI.

Maycie Bennett was 3-for-4 with a run scored and two RBI.

Carissa Cowan and Charlee Stroman each had doubles in the game. Stroman had two RBI and two runs scored and Cowan had an RBI and a run scored.

Aurora Parlo had a hit, an RBI and a run scored and Cierra Davis had a hit and three runs scored.

Wheeler had a hit and Katrina Cook scored three runs in the game.
