The Spartans went 1-1 on the day and also met Bills coach Sean McDermott on the day. McDermott was there watching his daughter who plays for Orchard Park.
Edison picked up a 9-2 win over Ardsley and fell to Horseheads 10-0.
Against Ardsley the Spartans scored two in the first, a run in the fourth and three each in the sixth and seventh innings.
Kailey Ripley had two hits, with a double and a triple, an RBI and a run scored and Aurora Parlo had two hits, with an RBI and a run scored.
Maycie Bennett finished with a double and three RBI on the day.
Rosie Wheeler and Taylar Burdick each scored two runs in the game and Bella Moffe scored a run.
Parlo went the distance on the mound, striking out five.
In the game against Horseheads the Spartans got two hits from Parlo and Bennett. Bennett had an RBI.
Moffe had a double and a run scored and Wheeler had a hit.
