IAC SOFTBALL: SULLIVAN RECORDS 100TH CAREER STRIKEOUT AS ND TOPS LANSING (2025-04-14)

SOUTHPORT — Layla Sullivan recorded her 100th career strikeout as the Notre Dame softball team beat Lansing 19-2 on Monday afternoon.

Sullivan got a complete-game win on the mound and was 3-for-3 at the plate with three walks.

Lylie Colunio was 4-for-5 and Emma Mallare was 3-for-5 with a triple and a double.

Danasia Thompkins was 3-for-3 and Kayleigh Ayres, Charleigh Ripley, Sadie Potter and Bella Mashewske all had two hits in the game.

Notre Dame is 2-2 on the year and they are at Whitney Point on Wednesday.
