ELMIRA — The Elmira baseball team scored eight in the sixth inning on their way to a 16-2 win over Johnson City on Tuesday night.

Logan Palmer was 4-for-4 with two RBI and three runs scored in the game and Aiden Palmer had two hits, with two RBI and a run scored, while Nolan Edwards had two hits, two RBI and two runs scored.

Quinn Hanrahan had a double and two runs scored and Logan Demember had a hit, two RBI and two runs scored.

Owen Smith, Joe Disbrow, Dom Ellis,  Adrian Ellis and Ryan Matthews had hits in the game. Smith, Dom Ellis and Adrian. Ellis all had an RBI and a run scored, Disbrow scored a run and Matthews had two RBI, with a run scored. Noah Cain had an RBI and a run scored.

Aedan Palmer worked four innings, allowing no runs on two hits with eight strikeouts. Jackson Cavalier struck out three in two innings and Logan Palmer threw a no-hit inning with a pair of strikeouts.
