Spring Sports goes into full swing this week as sports get going, weather permitting.

Overall there are 46 events this week, including 10 on Tuesday and 12 on Wednesday.

However, it is spring sports and weather can always impact the weekly schedule.

Here’s a day-by-day look at this week’s schedule, including how many vents each day.

MONDAY (3)
* Elmira girls’ lacrosse hosts Chenango Forks, Horseheads hosts Vestal and Corning hosts Whitney Point.

TUESDAY (10)
* The Horseheads baseball team is at Binghamton, Corning hosts Vestal and Elmira hosts Johnson City.
* The Horseheads boys’ lacrosse team hosts Corning, Elmira hosts Ithaca and Notre Dame hosts Seton Catholic.
* The Notre Dame tennis team is at Trumansburg and Edison hosts Lansing.
* The Corning softball team hosts Vestal and Elmira hosts Johnson City.

WEDNESDAY (12)
* The Horseheads track and field team is at Johnson City, Edison is at Dryden and Notre Dame is at Watkins Glen.
* The Horseheads softball team is at Chenango Valley.
* The Elmira flag football team hosts Ithaca, Horseheads is at Vestal and Corning is at U-E.
* The Edison baseball team is at Trumansburg, Corning is at Johnson City and Notre Dame is at Dryden.
* The Corning tennis team is at U-E and Elmira hosts Vestal.

THURSDAY (9)
* The Horseheads baseball team hosts Vestal, Corning hosts M-E and Elmira hosts Binghamton.
* The Notre Dame tennis team hosts Edison
* The Corning softball team hosts M-E.
* The Corning girls’ lacrosse team is at Vestal.
* The Elmira track and field team is at Susquehanna Valley and Corning is at Ithaca.

FRIDAY (8)
* The Horseheads softball team hosts Vestal, Edison hosts Dryden and Corning hosts Williamson out of Pennsylvania.
* The Horseheads girls’ lacrosse team is at U-E.
* The Horseheads boys’ lacrosse team hosts Ithaca and Corning is at Elmira.
* The Edison baseball team hosts Dryden and Notre Dame hosts Trumansburg.

SATURDAY (5)
* The Corning flag football team hosts Elmira and Horseheads hosts U-E.
* The Corning track and field team is at Windsor.
* The Corning baseball team is at the Gulches Lumber Sports Complex in Cortland, while Elmira hosts Rush-Henrietta.
