COLLEGE WOMEN'S LACROSSE: CORNING'S GILL TIES CAREER HIGH WITH 5 GOALS FOR NIAGARA (2025-03-02)

Corning’s Maddy Gill tied her career high with five goals, but the Niagara women’s lacrosse team fell to Marquette 16-11 on Friday.

Gill, who also scored five goals against St. Bonaventure, now has 13 goals on the season. She scored twice in the fourth quarter to keep Niagara within striking distance.

Gill, who had 21 goals in 19 games last year, has 13 games in just five games this year. She also has one assist this year.

The Corning graduate has started all five games this year, the first starts of her career, and she has 35 goals now in her career.
