SECTION 4 GIRLS' BOWLING: ELMIRA WINS CLASS A SECTIONAL TITLE, CORNING TAKES 3RD (2025-02-21)

 VESTAL — The Elmira girls’ bowling team won the Section IV, Class A title on Friday, while Corning’s girls finished third on the day.

Elmira shot 1,047, 928 and 936 for a 2,911, while U-E shot 925, 940 and 863 for a 2,728.

Corning shot 908, 873 and 910 for a 2,691 while Binghamton was at 709, 628 and 726 for a 2,063.

Mady Wasicki led Elmira with a 266-181-177-624, while Abbi Hink shot 205-201-203-614.

Bella Wood shot 169-216-204-589 and Maddi Smith shot 204-149-193-546, while Evaya Gardner shot 203-181-154-538.

For Corning Zoe Harmer shot 162-191-240-593 and Jadyn O’Dell shot 199-176-215-590.

Kylie Downing shot 202-192-137-531 for the Hawks and Chelsea Wood shot 200-141-173-514, while Ayden Hartford shot 145-173-145-463.
