STAC BOYS' SWIMMING & DIVING: CORNING NOTCHES VICTORY OVER ITHACA (2025-02-11)
Southern Tier Sports ReportITHACA — The Corning Hawks boys’ swimming and diving team picked up a 97-83 win over Ithaca on Tuesday afternoon.
Corning won the 200 medley relay in 1:49.40.
Keith Huff was second in the 200 free in 2:02.50 and Joey Crisco won the 200 IM in 2:12.03 with Derek Guo third in 2:23.86.
JP Sierzant won the 50 fre in 23.24 followed by Mark Hong (24.37) and Liam Gill (24.68).
Brenden Jardin-Reed won the diving at 315.40 and Sierzant won the 100 fly in 58.87 followed by Marvin Reimsnyder at 59.87.
John McKane was second in the 100 free with a PR of 54.25 followed by Hong in 55.70.
Jack Casper was second in the 500 free in 5:42.43 followed by Aaron Giardina in 6:15.78.
Corning won the 200 free relay in 1:37.25.
McKane won the 100 back in 1:01.59 followed by Huff (1:06.53) and Ethan Yarnell (1:06.73).
Crisco had the top time in the 100 breaststroke as an exhibition in 1:03.48 followed by Shawn De Pedro in 1:05.60.
Corning had the top time in the 400 free relay as an exhibition in 3:47.27.
